Screen printing is the best way of printing onto cotton clothing!

Screen printing is the traditional printing method for t-shirts. It is ideal for large designs and is our technique of choice for t-shirt printing because of the quality it produces.

Most t-shirts in the high-street have most likely been screen printed

 The Screen Printing Process involves creating print screen by putting a chemical emulsion onto a mesh material. Your artwork is then printed to a film paper which and the screen is exposed to light which solidifies the chemicals around the design.

Your t-shirt is then placed onto a platter and the screen is placed over the top, a roller is then pulled over the top using that screens ink colour, when all the different colour screens have been applied the t-shirt is carefully flash dried.
